What's included

Prep is the unglamorous part of selling that quietly decides whether your inventory arrives sellable or stranded. Every unit that comes through our warehouse goes through the same sequence:

  • Receiving — your shipment is booked in and checked against what you told us was coming.
  • Inspection — units are looked at before they're prepped, not after they've been rejected by Amazon.
  • FNSKU labelling — correct label, correct unit, applied so it doesn't obscure barcodes underneath.
  • Poly-bagging and bundling — where the category or your listing requires it.
  • Shipment creation — the plan is built in Seller Central and cartons are packed to it.
  • Carton forwarding — boxed, labelled and dispatched to the fulfilment centres Amazon assigns.

You get photographic proof of the work before it ships. Not a status update saying "done" — actual pictures of your units, so you can see the labelling and packing for yourself rather than finding out from a customer.

Pricing

Prep starts at $0.35 per unit. What moves that number is genuinely just the work involved: a simple label-and-forward is at the bottom of the range, while bagging, bundling or multi-step handling costs more. Related services are priced the same way:

ServiceStarting price
FBA prep & fulfilmentFrom $0.35 / unit
Walmart WFS prepFrom $0.70 / unit
Kitting & bundlingFrom $0.25 / added unit
Returns & reverse logisticsFrom $1.50 / unit
StorageFrom $45 / pallet / month
FBM & 2-step dropshippingFrom $1.95 / order

These are starting prices, not quotes. You get an exact number in writing after a short free audit of your products and volume, and nothing begins until you've agreed it.

No minimums. Plenty of prep centres won't talk to you under a few thousand units a month. We'll take a first shipment of fifty so you can see the work before committing anything.

Estimate your monthly cost

Put your own numbers in. This uses our published starting rates, so treat it as a floor rather than a quote — anything unusual about your product moves it.

One shipment, both marketplaces

If you sell on Amazon and Walmart, you don't need to split inventory before it reaches us. Send one inbound shipment and we divide it, prep each portion to its own marketplace's requirements, and forward to Amazon fulfilment centres and Walmart WFS facilities separately.

That saves you an entire freight leg and the guesswork of predicting the split weeks in advance, before you know how either channel is actually selling.

Why sellers move their prep to Canada

If you sell on amazon.ca, prepping in Canada removes a border from your supply chain. If you're a US brand expanding north, it gives you a domestic address to receive into rather than shipping cross-border unit by unit.

The less obvious reason is accountability. A prep centre thousands of kilometres away in a different time zone, reachable only by ticket, is a genuine operational risk when a shipment goes wrong. We answer in English or Urdu, in minutes.

How it works

  1. Free audit. Send your product details or shipment plan. We come back with a specific approach and an exact quote — no obligation.
  2. Agreed scope. Per-unit pricing fixed in writing before anything starts.
  3. We prep. Your inventory is received, prepped and forwarded, with photo proof and live updates.
  4. You scale. Operations off your plate so you can focus on sourcing.

Common questions

Do I have to use your other services too?
No. Many clients start with prep alone. There's no bundling requirement — though most add services over time simply because one accountable partner is easier than five.
What if something arrives damaged?
We inspect on receipt, so problems are found before your units are prepped and shipped rather than after Amazon rejects them. You're told what we found, with photographs.
How is this priced against a percentage model?
It isn't a percentage. Physical work is charged per unit, management services are flat monthly fees, and neither is ever a cut of your revenue or ad spend.
Can you handle returns and removal orders?
Yes. We receive removal orders and customer returns, grade and photograph each unit, and re-prep what's sellable back into FBA stock.
Is there a minimum volume?
No. There is no minimum and no commitment to continue. A first shipment of fifty units is fine if you want to see the work before moving everything across.
Do you prep for Amazon and Walmart from one shipment?
Yes. Send one inbound shipment and we split it, prep each portion to its own marketplace's requirements, and forward to Amazon fulfilment centres and Walmart WFS facilities separately — saving you a freight leg.
