Prep is physical work on your actual inventory. Where it happens changes three things that show up directly in your numbers: how long stock sits before it's sellable, whether it crosses a border to get to the fulfilment centre, and how quickly a human can look at a box when something is wrong.

For amazon.ca sellers, prepping in the GTA keeps all three domestic. Nothing clears customs twice, and nobody is waiting on a time zone eight hours away to answer a question about a shipment that's already late.

For Canadian sellers

Your inventory is received, prepped and forwarded without leaving the country. Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours, and you get photographs of the work before it ships.

Pricing starts at $0.35 per unit with no minimum volume, so a first shipment can be genuinely small — enough to see the work before you move everything across.

For US brands expanding into Canada

Selling into amazon.ca from a US base usually means either shipping cross-border unit by unit or finding a Canadian partner. We're the second option: a domestic address to receive into, with prep and forwarding handled here.
