SellerOrbit operates sellerorbit.ca from the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
The free-audit form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, which marketplace you sell on, which service you're interested in, and a message. Only the name, email and message are required.
If you use the chat window, the messages you send and the assistant's replies are stored so the conversation has memory across your turns, along with the page you started from. A random session identifier is kept in your browser's session storage and is deleted when you close the tab.
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not know who you are unless you tell us.
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services you've asked for. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
To run this site we rely on a small number of service providers, each of which may process your information as part of delivering their service:
Some of these providers operate servers outside Canada, which means your information may be stored or processed in other countries and be subject to the laws of those countries.
The chat assistant is optional. Everything it can tell you is published on this website, and the contact form and email address reach us directly without involving any AI service.
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a working relationship follows, for as long as that relationship continues plus any period required for tax and accounting records. Chat transcripts are kept to improve the assistant's answers and can be deleted on request.
Under PIPEDA you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected, to withdraw consent, and to ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, email info@sellerorbit.ca. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you're not satisfied with how we've handled a request, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
This site is served over HTTPS and enquiries are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information — banking details, passwords, government identifiers — through the contact form or chat. We will never ask for them there.
This is a business-to-business service not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be communicated directly where we have a way to reach you.
