Questions about Returns & Reverse Logistics
What happens to our units after you receive a removal order?
Every unit is inspected and graded within 48 hours: sellable units get sticker removal, fresh polybag and new FNSKU, then go back into FBA on your next shipment; repairable units are fixed where feasible; the rest are routed to liquidation or documented disposal — your choice, with photos of everything.
How much of our returned inventory can actually be recovered?
Most OA and wholesale sellers recover 60–80% of returned units as fully sellable. Common issues are just opened packaging or customer-applied stickers — cosmetic problems we fix for under $1 per unit. You will see exact recovery rates in your monthly report.
Can we use your warehouse as our merchant return address?
Yes. Set our Oakville, Ontario address as your return address for amazon.ca (or for FBM returns), and returns flow directly to us — inspected, photographed and reported without ever touching your garage.
Do you handle Walmart WFS returns too?
Yes, and almost nobody else does. WFS returns follow the same flow: receive, grade, photograph, re-prep to Walmart spec and send back in, or liquidate. If you sell on both marketplaces, both return streams come to one warehouse.
