Do I have to use all your services, or can I start with just one?
Start with a single service — many clients begin with just FBA prep or a PPC audit. There are no minimums and no bundling requirement. As you see results, most sellers naturally add services because it's easier to have one accountable partner than five separate vendors.
Where are you located and who do you serve?
Our warehouse and physical operations are based in Oakville, Ontario — which makes us ideal for amazon.ca sellers and US brands expanding into Canada. Our digital services (PPC, listings, design, research, bookkeeping) serve sellers anywhere in the world.
How does pricing work across so many different services?
Physical services (prep, fulfillment, returns, storage) are priced per unit or per order. Management services (PPC, account management, bookkeeping) are flat monthly fees — never a percentage of your ad spend or revenue. Every engagement starts with a free audit and a written quote, so you always know the exact cost before any work begins.
Can you handle both Amazon and Walmart from the same account?
Yes — and it's one of our biggest advantages. Send us one inbound shipment and we split, prep and forward to both Amazon FCs and Walmart WFS facilities, saving you a full freight leg. On the growth side, we manage Amazon PPC and Walmart Connect together so your strategy is consistent across both marketplaces.
What makes you different from a cheap overseas freelancer?
Accountability and physical capability. We run a real warehouse, provide photo proof of every job, reply in minutes, and offer bilingual support. Cheap gigs can't touch your inventory, can't ship your orders, and can't be held responsible when something breaks. We can — across your entire operation.
How do I get started?
Message us on WhatsApp or send your ASIN, store link or shipment details through the contact form. We'll respond within the hour (during business hours) with a specific plan and an exact quote. There's no obligation — even the audit alone usually surfaces improvements you can make right away.
Did Amazon really stop prepping FBA inventory in Canada?
Yes. Amazon ended prep and item-labelling services for FBA shipments in the Canada store on July 1, 2026, after ending them in the US on January 1, 2026. Inventory must now arrive prepped and labelled.
Do you prep for Walmart WFS as well as Amazon FBA?
Yes. WFS prep and FBA prep run on the same warehouse floor, and one inbound shipment can be split for both.
What is Rufus and does it affect my listings?
Rufus is Amazon's AI shopping assistant. It draws on listing content, reviews and Q&A, so complete, specific listings tend to serve you better. We optimize for both classic search and Rufus.
