Questions about FBM & 2-Step Dropshipping
What exactly is 2-step dropshipping and why do we need a warehouse for it?
In 2-step dropshipping, your retail order ships to our warehouse first instead of directly to your customer. We strip all retail packaging, invoices and price tags, re-box the item neutrally, and ship it to your Amazon customer with your label. Your customer never sees a Walmart box or a retail receipt — which protects your account health and your brand.
How fast do you turn orders around?
Orders received at our warehouse before 12pm EST ship the same business day. Everything else ships next business day. Tracking is uploaded immediately so your late-shipment rate stays protected.
Can you handle Amazon.ca orders?
Yes — this is our biggest advantage. We are located in Oakville, Ontario, so amazon.ca FBM orders ship domestically with fast delivery times and no customs friction. Very few 2-step warehouses exist in Canada.
Do you also do regular FBM fulfillment for our own inventory?
Yes. You can store inventory at our warehouse and we pick, pack and ship your FBM, Shopify, Walmart or eBay orders as they come in — same-day dispatch, photo proof, and monthly storage billed per shelf or pallet.
